How plans work
Monthly row allowance. Rows processed across all source files count toward your allowance, which resets with your monthly usage period. Reconciliation runs are not themselves the commercial quota.
Plan changes. Upgrades follow the current billing confirmation process. Paid-plan downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Cancellation. Paid access continues through the paid period. The organization then returns to the Free plan.
Billing access. Organization Owners manage subscriptions and payment details from the existing Reconixe billing area.
